**Position Responsibilities:**
+ Drive agency sales & recruitment numbers for Central Region
+ Interviewing of candidates to be recruited as direct appointed agency leaders & financing agents
+ Build and report on quarterly and annual agency sales & recruitment plans
+ Network with agents through meetings & daily media interactions
+ Interview candidates in-person for a wide range of roles (agent, Unit Managers, Wealth Managers & Agency Managers) in the Region
+ Organise & host management meetings. Keep record of meeting minutes for audit purposes.
