Requirements


• Proven leadership and people management capabilities


• Experience in recruitment, team building, or sales leadership (Financial line experience is an added advantage but not mandatory)


• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills


• Highly self-motivated, goal-driven, and professional in conduct


• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong passion for developing and growing teams
