- Drive manpower growth by initiating and conducting activities, training, drives, campaigns for recruitment of advisors and managers
- Achieve productivity targets by increasing active advisors and case counts thru conduct of engagement activities, trainings, drives and contests
- Retain advisors and managers by monitoring their growth and development
- Address and trouble shoot common challenges and pain points of distributors
- Ensure that market conduct guidelines and best practices are observed by distributors
Qualifications
- College graduate
- At least 3 years experience in a sales management role, preferably in an insurance company
- Proficiency in MS office, social media and other useful digital tools
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Excellent leadership qualities
