Description

  • Drive manpower growth by initiating and conducting activities, training, drives, campaigns for recruitment of advisors and managers
  • Achieve productivity targets by increasing active advisors and case counts thru conduct of engagement activities, trainings, drives and contests
  • Retain advisors and managers by monitoring their growth and development
  • Address and trouble shoot common challenges and pain points of distributors
  • Ensure that market conduct guidelines and best practices are observed by distributors

Qualifications

  • College graduate
  • At least 3 years experience in a sales management role, preferably in an insurance company
  • Proficiency in MS office, social media and other useful digital tools
  • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent leadership qualities
