About the Role We are seeking an experienced Clinical Care Manager to join the leadership team at Residential Aged Care Facilities within the Burnett region. This is a Leader of Teams role where you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care while promoting resident wellness and engagement.

You will mentor a dedicated team of care staff and oversee clinical governance to ensure all tasks meet the Aged Care Quality Standards and Accreditation Standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clinical Oversight: Oversee medication management, care planning, and evaluation in accordance with the operating model.

• Leadership & Mentoring: Lead, motivate, and coach clinical, lifestyle, and Allied Health staff to promote a high-performing workplace culture.
