Job Description
This position is in-home care setting, not in residential facilities.
Job responsibilities:
- Assisting with daily care for clients at their home including showering, changing clothes, brushing their teeth, etc.
- Transporting and accompanying clients when required.
- Performing housekeeping including domestic cleaning, laundry, food preparation, shopping.
- Social support to improve clients’ wellbeing and independence.
- Perform administrative duties such as always clocking in/out after each shift, making incident reports, and entering shift notes on the rostering app.

- Confident and calm manner.
- Experienced in challenging behaviour management.
- Communication: the ability to communicate clearly and concisely and to adapt communication skills to each client you work with.
- Current National Police Check.
