We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated After-Sales Manager to join our team at our Dunstable branch. This is a hands-on, process-driven role focused on delivering excellent customer outcomes and supporting a small customer care team.
About the RoleThis is not a large-scale management position. You will oversee a small team of 1–2 customer care team members, providing guidance and support to ensure after-sales cases are handled effectively.
