Join Superior Glove as a full-time Production Associate on the Afternoon Shift at our Acton, Ontario facility. This role involves quality checks, product preparation, and diverse production duties.
As a key member of the team, you will report to the Production Team Leader. Your role includes using machinery, adhering to safety protocols, and ensuring products meet our high-quality standards. We seek candidates who are detail-oriented and possess the ability to identify defects. Experience with computers and sewing skills will be a plus in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate the dip line machine for glove production
• Maintain clean and safe workstations
• Conduct quality checks on manufacturing processes
• Cross-train across sewing and production tasks
• Accurately label and pack orders for shipment
