The Warranty Specialist is responsible for the day‑to‑day administration, control, and analysis of warranty claims within the Spanish dealer network. Reporting to the Technical & Quality Manager, the role ensures warranty correctness, policy compliance, cost control, and timely resolution of dealer submissions, while supporting transparency and continuous quality improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Warranty Claim Management
Review and process dealer warranty claims for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with warranty policies.
Validate labour operations, parts usage, and supporting documentation prior to approval or rejection.
Ensure claims are handled within defined timelines and service level expectations.
