Annual Salary Range: 68,000 MYR - 95,000 MYR

Work Setup: Remote 

Shift Schedule: Day Shift

Location: Malaysia

Your Responsibilities:

 The After Sales-Technical Engineer will be responsible for solving the technical problems of customers in the process of using the company's products, including equipment installation, commissioning and acceptance, troubleshooting, on-site maintenance, technical support, etc., to ensure the long-term stable use of equipment for the clients assigned.

  • Bachelor degree or above, major in electronics, microelectronics or related
  • Familiar with semiconductor packaging process or equipment
