After Sales Support Policy Administrator

The After Sales Support – Policy Administrator oversees complex tasks such as data entry, data analysis, and card printing/processing to ensure client quality standards are consistently met in accuracy and turnaround time

Key responsibilities/What you do:

  • Manages the onboarding of new members into the client scheme and database.
  • Corrects data errors, upgrades members, deletes entries, and modifies the client database to align with client requirements.
  • Ensures card printing maintains high quality to meet clients' established service standards.
  • Produces regular performance reports, whether daily or periodic.
  • Handles advanced tasks including design and photo editing.
