Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about supporting operations behind the scenes? Join our After-Sales team and play a key role in ensuring smooth coordination between customers, technicians, and internal departments.
After-Sales Department (Admin Support)
Prepare & issue service quotations , including  repair work and spare parts  pricing.
Request updated pricing  from the Purchasing Department.
Assign job numbers  for outgoing technicians.
Handle customer service requests , logging crane issues and coordinating with the  Senior Foreman/Sales Engineer .
Verify & process Work Dockets and Service Dockets , ensuring proper documentation and approval.
Ensure work dockets & delivery orders  are completed before dispatching cranes for site repairs.
Update & track  the  Aftersales Activity Log , including crane status and warranty claims.
Log and monitor customer complaints  for timely resolution.
