After Sales Service Specialist

We are seeking a reliable After-Sales Service Engineer to provide on‑site technical support and equipment maintenance for our ongoing projects in Manila, Philippines. This role focuses on equipment troubleshooting, routine maintenance, customer technical support, and on‑site problem solving. Candidates with solid mechanical & electrical background and relevant industry after‑sales experience are highly welcome.

Responsibilities

• Perform on‑site equipment installation, commissioning, regular inspection, troubleshooting and maintenance
• Respond to on‑site technical failures quickly to ensure stable production operation
• Provide professional after‑sales technical support and technical communication with local clients
• Record maintenance logs, summarize failure causes, and feedback optimization suggestions
• Cooperate with the project team to complete daily after‑sales service and project guarantee work
