Responsibilities :


  • Supervise and coordinate maintenance complaints or reports from customers.

  • Coordinate with other departments.

  • Plan and manage customer requests on maintenance.

  • Preparation of reports, monthly performance analysis.
  • Qualifications :

  • Vocational qualification - Bachelor's degree in construction, mechanical, electrical power or related field.

  • 2-5 years or more with at least 2 years of experience in after-sales service.

  • Able to stay in the project or travel as assigned projects.

  • Able to use Microsoft office.

  • Knowledge of systems of high-rise buildings. will consider specially.
