Develop and manage the operational quality control system for the motorcycle after-sales service network.
Establish and update operational standards, policies, and procedures for dealerships and service workshops.
Conduct post-opening reviews and periodic audits to ensure compliance with company standards.
Perform internal compliance inspections on pricing policies, dealer support programs, customer complaints, and other operational risks.
Monitor corrective actions and drive continuous improvement across the dealer network.
