Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose, repair, replace parts, and test mobile phones, tablets, and other devices
  • Follow repair standards to ensure quality
  • Complete system tasks: work orders, repair records, spare parts requests
  • Manage store spare parts, tools, and equipment
  • Receive after-sales customers, track repair progress, and proactively update status
  • Handle basic complaints and escalat(e)e when necessary
  • Support store KPIs: turnaround time, customer satisfaction, first-time fix rate

Requirements

  • Associate degree or higher (electronics, communication, or related field preferred)
  • 2+ year of consumer electronics repair experience
  • Basic circuit knowledge and familiarity with common repair tools
  • Strong hands-on skills and independent fault analysis ability
