After Sales Executive

Based in Melaka

Key Responsibilities

• Propose upgrade /service module / solution to client
• Carry out after‑sales activities (face‑to‑face meetings, phone calls, presence in trade shows) in accordance with a pre‑established Individuals Business Plan or project
• Receive and make after‑sales calls for guarantee or warranty call‑outs
• Strengthen relationship with existing accounts and develop new accounts to grow Muehlbauer branding of target market in ASIA
• Complete and submit expense reports, forecast sales reports as required and on a timely basis
• Follow all Muehlbauer corporate culture positively and correctly

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably within the industrial automation or manufacturing industry
