**Quote Preparation**: Prepare and issue quotes for spares and servicing outside the warranty period to help drive after-sales revenue.
**Warranty Administration**: Oversee warranty policies, authorize collections, and arrange necessary repairs, keeping customers informed throughout the process.
**Order Management**: Process and track custom orders, coordinating with internal teams to meet customer needs.
