Rostering Coordinator

a) After Hours tasks of customer support coordination of telephone and emails enquires plus any additional tasks as required or directed by the Company. Service times are provisional and subject to change to meets the needs of the Company.

b) Provide data entry and electronic communication services to the highest standard.

c) Receive and respond to all communications in a professional and timely manner.

d) Jointly manage with the Operations Manager, requests for leave (holiday, medical and etc.) from support workers.

e) A performance review will be conducted quarterly, by a nominated representative of the Company. Feedback from the performance review will be provided to the Service Provider for comment and action (if applicable).

*Looking for those who has Customer service or Healthcare experience.

*Fluent in English because we mainly dealing with Overseas clients.
