Job Description

  • Part time, ongoing, phone based role supporting practitioners, shift based
  • Flexibility to be based in either Metro Melbourne or Bendigo 
  • Hourly rates start at $51.90 per hour plus super

    • Your role:

    The role calls for experienced practitioners to work in a busy service responding to complex after hours matters supporting our 28 residential units, foster carers and any other person needing support. Shifts are 8hrs in length 4.30pm-1am, 7pm-3.30am or 12.30am-9am and 8.30am-5pm on weekends

    The role is mainly phone based, you need to be able to make complex decisions, offer expert advice and problem solve.

  • Experience is key, you are making tough decisions over the phone
  • Previous experience working with young people of all ages 
  • Experience working with young people self harming, experiencing mental health issues or substance affected
