After Hours Manager

A remarkable opportunity is on the horizon to take on a key leadership role of an After Hours Manager at a private hospital located in Melbourne. This is a position with both permanent full-time and part-time schedules available. ABOUT THE ROLE In this key leadership position, you will be accountable for efficient and effective operational management of the team to ensure safe patient care and outstanding quality patient outcomes, after normal business hours. This role supports all hospital departments, ensuring patients, families, and VMOs receive a high level of care and service. As an After-Hours Manager, you will be responsible for:

Assuming overall responsibility for the hospital after hours, ensuring safe, high-quality patient care;

Acting as an effective role model across the hospital in the absence of managers;

Demonstrating extensive clinical skills and experience, together with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills;
