    • About the role The After Hours Hospital Coordinator provides senior clinical and operational leadership for the hospital outside of standard business hours. This pivotal role ensures the safe, effective and efficient functioning of the hospital when Executive and senior management are not on site. This role is responsible for coordinating staffing and resources in partnership with clinical and non-clinical leaders, overseeing patient flow and escalation of care, and safeguarding hospital facilities and assets.
