About the Role

An established independent school is seeking to appoint a passionate, dedicated, and enthusiastic Grade 6 & 7 Afrikaans First Additional Language (FAL) Educator to join its academic team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality Afrikaans FAL instruction to learners in Grades 6 and 7, creating a positive learning environment, and contributing to the overall academic and personal development of learners.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach Afrikaans First Additional Language (FAL) to Grade 6 and Grade 7 learners in accordance with the curriculum.
• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to different learning abilities and styles.
• Assess, monitor, and report on learner progress and achievement.
• Maintain accurate records of assessments, attendance, and learner performance.
