Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in affiliate marketing, partner marketing, or a related field,
- Native or near-native English proficiency, given our primary focus on the North American market,
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities at once,
- Positive, proactive attitude and a genuine enjoyment of helping the team move faster,
- Comfortable working with data and translating performance metrics into clear reporting,
- Strong communicator who can build relationships with internal teams and external partners,
- Self-starter who takes ownership and doesn't need to be chased for updates,
- (Desirable) Experience with affiliate management platforms such as PartnerStack, LeadDyno, or similar,
- (Desirable) Background in SaaS, travel tech, or the vacation rental industry,
- (Desirable) Experience coordinating cross-functional campaigns or promotional initiatives
