Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, grow, and optimise a portfolio of casino affiliates across key markets including UK and Europe
- Leverage existing affiliate relationships to rapidly scale player acquisition and revenue
- Identify, onboard, and activate new high-performing affiliates
- Negotiate commercial terms, commission structures, and bespoke deals
- Monitor performance, traffic quality, and ROI across all affiliate activity
- Work closely with internal teams to align affiliate strategy with wider business goals
