Affiliate / Agent Development Executive

Job Responsibilities

1. Identify, recruit, and develop platform agents/affiliates through online and offline channels (Telegram, Facebook, communities, referrals, etc.)
2. Communicate with potential agents and introduce the platform’s cooperation models (commission, revenue share, promotion rules, etc.)
3. Assist agents with onboarding, account setup, and basic guidance to ensure smooth cooperation
4. Maintain agent relationships and follow up on performance to improve activity and contribution
5. Organize agent information and prepare regular reports on agent acquisition and performance
6. Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor to achieve agent growth targets

Job Requirements

1. Background in marketing, sales, business development, or internet-related fields is a plus
2. Have experience in the gaming/betting industry
