Job Description
AEROX develops and operates air purification systems for industrial applications, with a strong focus on odour control using cold-plasma-based technologies. To better understand and optimize plasma-driven oxidation mechanisms, AEROX performs controlled laboratory experiments on representative odorous compounds.
This internship is intended for a Master’s student in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or Biochemical Engineering. The intern will design and carry out systematic Gas Chromatography–Mass Spectrometry (GC–MS) experiments to screen the effect of different process conditions on the ability of a cold plasma system to oxidize specific odorous molecules. The work will contribute to both fundamental understanding and practical optimization of AEROX’s odour control technologies.
The intern will be part of a multidisciplinary R&D team, working closely with engineers, chemists, and data scientists.
