Aerospace Engineer

Overview

Insight Global is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Specialist to join a top aerospace company in Longueuil, QC. This role is 5x week onsite. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include supporting production by responding to non‑conformities and resolving manufacturing issues on the shop floor. The role involves interpreting engineering drawings, managing revision levels, and translating designs into clear, accurate work instructions. Engineers program and optimize manufacturing tools and equipment, while continuously developing and improving fabrication methods and programming to enhance efficiency, quality, and producibility.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or related technical field) or college diploma with equivalent relevant experience
