About the Ro le - As an Aeronautical Instructor you will provide theoretical/practical training to administrative and technical personnel based on what is established by the civil aviation authority, aeronautical authorities and manufacturers, in the quality system, as well as management of the documentation generated for training purposes and assess the efficiency of the training and competencies of the technical staff to increase the scope of the personnel.

• Provide theoretical/practical training
• Provide support during internal and external audits
• Follow-up and development of On Job Training
• Development of courses and study programs
• Follow-up of special process certifications and federal licences
