Purpose of the Role

At McLaren Racing, every millisecond matters. As an Aero Process & Optimisation Engineer, you'll play a key role in improving the way aerodynamic performance is delivered to the race car. Working across the aerodynamic development cycle, you'll identify inefficiencies, optimise workflows, and implement data-driven improvements that increase speed, reliability and collaboration across the organisation.

You'll work closely with teams across Aero Development, CFD, Design, Manufacturing and Wind Tunnel Operations to ensure our processes are as competitive as the car we put on track...
