Aecon Utilities is looking for a dedicated Project Manager to oversee utility projects across North America. This role focuses on safety, strategic execution, and team mentorship.
Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you will have a crucial role in managing project scope and performance. Your expertise will drive project goals to meet owner deliverables and promote a culture of safety and efficiency within the team. You will also be responsible for maintaining schedules and managing contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and support the proposal and estimating process
• Mentor and build strong project teams
• Monitor schedules and adjust as needed
• Manage costs and improve project margins
• Foster relationships with subcontractors and stakeholders
Requirements:
• Minimum 7 years of construction experience required
• Post-secondary education in a relevant discipline
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
