A Business Analyst is responsible for understanding the use cases and business/ technical requirements of a solution to drive documented requirement gathering, vetting, backlog prioritization, and execution through our development and engineering teams. Major Responsibilities Requirement Gathering and Analysis Collaborate with stakeholders (SMEs, PM, PO, and Engineering and Development teams) and users to understand and document use cases/needs. Understand and document both functional and non-functional requirements including user stories and acceptance criteria. Write detailed user stories that translate business and technical requirements into executable work with clear acceptance criteria. Product Development and Backlog Management Create, maintain, and support a healthy product backlog of work vetted with key stakeholders and fully estimated to support grooming and prioritization activities.
