Position Summary

Reimagine the next generation of drug discovery at Lilly using AI/ML at the intersection of chemistry and biology. Geography is flexible.

What You Will Do
  • Drive drug discovery programs by developing and applying innovative AI/ML models.
  • Collaborate with experimental scientists to connect computational predictions with laboratory experiments; support hypothesis testing and iterate between modeling and experimental results.
  • Lead scientific foundation models integrating molecular design and biological data to support decision-making across the drug discovery pipeline.
  • Publish in top‑tier venues and represent Lilly in the global AI4Science community.
  • Work with MLOps and Data Engineering partners to transition prototypes into scalable tools and build reusable, reliable AI/ML solutions.
