Advisor - Software Engineering

We are seeking an experienced Senior Ruby on Rails Engineer (Internally known as Advisor - Software Engineering) with 8–10 years of hands-on experience in building scalable web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Ruby on Rails, relational databases, cloud platforms, and CI/CD practices, along with the ability to lead and mentor a development team. Exposure to modern frontend and backend technologies such as React and Node.js is a plus.
