MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Monitor the execution of deepening strategies and initiatives to assess effectiveness and customer response.

Provide data-driven recommendations for strategy optimization based on performance indicators and observed customer behavior.

Conduct analyses to evaluate customer adoption of product features and identify usage patterns or gaps.
