Job Description

Oriental is looking for a seasoned professional with deep expertise in automation, artificial intelligence (AI), and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to lead the design and implementation of intelligent automation solutions. The Advisor, Information Technology (Solutions Architect) will focus on leveraging platforms such as Robocorp, Sema4.ai, and Microsoft Power Automate to streamline business processes, improve efficiency, and drive innovation through the integration of AI technologies. Position will be working hybrid based in San Juan, PR.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Architect and implement scalable automation solutions using Robocorp, Sema4.ai, and/or Power Automate.
  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to identify automation and AI opportunities and define solution roadmaps.
