L&D Expert Consultation: Provide expert advice on best practices and strategies for learning and development that lead to shaping seller behavior change, optimizing training investment, and creating business impact. Advise on learning paths for different sales roles (e.g. B2B business consultant, retail business consultant, sales managers, BDRs).
Global Sales Program Design and Delivery: Design global sales training framework, standard sales curriculum, global skills assessment and learning programs tailored for the different regions and businesses in the sales community.
Innovation and Trends: Build the L&D team's capability on the latest trends and innovation in sales capability building, role of AI in sales, building a high performing seller, creating a sales coaching culture including sales management practices.
