About the Role


We are seeking an HR Advisor or Generalist to provide proactive HR consultation, recommendations, and services to leaders across our provincial healthcare organization. The role requires independent work and collaboration with HR Specialists, Centres of Expertise, and union representatives.


Key Responsibilities



  • Ensure HR values, goals, and principles are implemented and integrated into the delivery of HR services for all leaders, employees, physicians, and volunteers.

  • Advise, coordinate, coach, and provide recommendations on a variety of human resource functions and related operations for both unionized and non‑union employee workforces.

  • Interpret and apply collective agreements, labour relations, performance management, ability management, grievance management, investigations, and conflict resolution.
