Advancement Officer, Development Operations

Job Summary

The Advancement Officer plays a key role in managing the administrative functions of the unit, supporting senior Development leadership and the broader Development division. The role ensures operational excellence through comprehensive internal and external fundraising reporting, data analysis, and annual and campaign projections. Responsibilities include reviewing UBC Research funding for inclusion in the Development Funds Raised framework; supplying funds raised amounts for capital projects to UBC Financial Capital Reporting; maintaining clear documentation; driving continuous improvement initiatives; and providing strategic recommendations to enhance proprietary applications.

Organizational Status
