Advanced Water Treatment Plant Manager

Smart4 Energy is seeking a Plant Manager to oversee an advanced water treatment facility, ensuring safe, efficient operation and achievement of production targets. The role covers leadership of Production and Maintenance teams, budgeting, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate has a chemical engineering background with 3–5 years in managing water treatment plants and hands-on experience with MBR, RO, UF, and media filtration technologies.
