Job Description
**Respsonsabilities**
Ensure successful transfer of deliverables to new manufacturing facility.
Ensure Trial Run plan execution is done per plan.
Lead Manufacturing Readiness Level (MRL) assessment and transfer to production through TRUN execution and closure
Develop and maintain effective linkage with Operations VSM
Establish Phase in Phase Out plan based on Phase in Phase out Strategy with mínimal E&O and scrap costs.
Collaborate with ERP coordinators for ECN implementation.
Support Factory part setup activity in SAP / ERP system.
Strict adherence to HPS methodology and processes.
Participate actively in Lesson learnt from program.
**YOU MUST HAVE**:
Ability to lead and support several concurrent projects
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
Strong team building skills.
Possess drive for results utilizing sound project management, organizational and problem solving skills.
Supply Chain knowledge.
