Job Description

As an Advanced Systems Engineer, you will design, integrate, and validate advanced aerospace systems spanning communications management functions (CMF), Flight Management Systems (FMS) and other mission-critical systems on various avionic platforms. You will serve as a key technical contributor and lead for small to medium sized technical projects.


You will work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on a Hybrid work schedule. No relocation offered.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead system integration and verification at the product or system level. 
  • Own project or systems requirements, ensure compliance through traceability. 
  • Lead risk management activities and failure effects analysis (FMEA) 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards and operational efficiency 
  • Identify and execute cost, schedule, and technical efficiency improvements
  • Travel within . and/or Internationally: 10%
