Effectively leads a global, cross-functional Technical NPI team to ensure On Time Delivery per Committed Schedule, meeting Milestone Fidelity, Yield, and Quality and Cost expectations to achieve overall success of the assigned projects.
Single point of ownership and accountability for assigned projects; New Product Introduction (NPI), Value Engineering (VE) and Component Engineering (CE) projects.Excellent communication skills at all levels, establishing the effective co-working team with key global stakeholders, functional leaders and team members. Leads the co-working team to update project progress on daily basis, maintaining visual reports for project tracking and management.Effectively utilizes Six Sigma Methodology, Lean concepts and PMO MOS tools (.
