We are seeking an experienced File Processing Specialist to handle advanced-level regulatory submissions and follow-up documentation after initial review cycles.
This role involves working inside a structured workflow to:
Analyze post-initial review data reports
Prepare and submit detailed follow-up documentation through regulatory portals
Generate structured letters using processing software
File formal complaints through federal agency portals
Maintain organized digital records
Communicate status updates inside Slack
Collaborate with a remote operations team
Required Experience:
Prior experience using systems (or similar letter generation software)
Experience submitting documentation through portals
Strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple client files simultaneously
Comfortable working in Slack and structured SOP environments
