Advanced Optical Systems Engineer

The Lighting R&D Manager role involves designing, developing, and testing of complete lighting applications & Products. (Lighting Design, Mechanical & Electronics & Optics) for innovative lighting Products. This includes Simulations, And Testing of Mechanical, Electronics & Optics for understanding and improving Predictive performance of the product. The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in Lighting Design, optical design, Led engineering, Mechanical Part Design And Assembly, programming skills (e.G., MATLAB, Python), Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills are essential for success in this role, driving the development of cutting-edge lighting solutions.
