About the role

We are seeking an Advanced On-Site Technician - macOS. Providing technical support including installation, troubleshooting, problem resolution and maintenance. Responds to customer questions regarding operation and malfunctions. Advises customers on preventative maintenance and configuration adjustments to improve product performance and customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities and Accountabilities

  • Manage and support macOS and iPadOS devices using Microsoft Intune
  • Understand Apple Business /School Manager work flow
  • Configure and maintain Apple device enrolment (ADE/DEP, ABM integration)
  • Implement and manage configuration profiles, compliance policies, and device policies
  • Understand MacOS Packaging, deploy, and update applications for macOS and iOS/iPadOS
