**Job title:** Advanced Manufacturing Engineer
**Job Responsibilities:**
+ 承接并管理PDLM子项目，负责制造端的落地执行与协调。
+ 在PDLM/PLM中定义并维护制造需求与作业指引（质量计划、作业指导书）。
+ 支持设备安装、试产与产能爬坡，监控并优化新流程/设备的运行。
+ 推动并执行设计变更与工艺改进，保障质量与合规性。
+ 应用精益/成本优化方法（Capex优化、减少浪费）以提升效率与降低成本。
+ 在项目关键里程碑提供工厂视角签核，确保可制造性与顺利移交。
**任职要求（提炼）**
+ 学历：本科或职业教育，专业包括机械/电子/制造工程、工业工程、成本工程、工艺优化或相关专业。
+ 经验：持本科学位者可无经验；职业教育背景需最低4年制造/运营或相关工程经验。
+ 证书：无强制证书；精益六西格玛或相当证书优先。
+ 技能/能力：制造原理、品质监控、设备安装、PLM/PDLM操作、工艺改进、精益制造、成本优化、DFM、法规合规与CAPA方法论；具备安全与环境意识及良好商业敏感度。
