ADVANCED MANUFACTURING ENGINEER

Reports To: Production Manager (dotted line reporting to Engineering)
Employment Type: Full-Time Permanent, On-Site Role
Salary Range: $90,000.00 - $125,000.00

This new role will lead and modernize the machine shop and advanced fabrication capability, transforming it into a predictable, safe, well-documented, high-throughput internal manufacturing engine that accelerates product development and improves production quality.

This is the role that changes how the shop runs, how quickly prototypes and fixtures get built, and how repeatable production becomes.
