HCP Technologies Private Limited is seeking a skilled and motivated Field Service Engineer to join our growing team dedicated to supporting the semiconductor and advanced electronics industry across India.


Position: Field Service Engineer


Location: Pan India (Preferred candidates from Bangalore, Chennai, Mumbai, Ahmedabad, New Delhi)


Key Qualifications:


  • Minimum of 5–7 years of hands-on experience in installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Semiconductor Capital Equipment, such as IC Decapsulation, Automatic Optical Inspection Tool, Scanning Acoustic Microscopy, probe stations, testers, wire bonders, wafer dicing, or deposition systems etc.,
  • Strong understanding of semiconductor device Fabrication, packaging and testing processes.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot complex electro-mechanical and control system issues.
