Job Summary
Willaston Surgery & Old Hall Surgery are seeking a part time Advanced Clinical Practitioner - General Practice, who can work on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, to join our team. Cheshire & Wirral Partnership Trust has 3 GP practices (Willaston Surgery, Old Hall Surgery and Westminster Surgery) who work together to provide primary care services to approx 14,000 patients.
This post is part time - 22.5 hours per week and Tuesday, Thursday & Friday are the working days required for this post due to service requirements.
Main Duties of the Job

- 1. To deliver advanced clinical practice, demonstrating high levels of judgement, discretion and decision making in the delivery of clinical care.
