Are you an Advanced Clinical Practitioner looking for a new opportunity in a picturesque rural, coastal setting? We are seeking two dedicated and skilled ACPs to join our friendly and dynamic team at Morrab Surgery in Penzance, Cornwall.
Main duties of the job
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including history taking, physical examinations, and diagnostic investigations.
- Diagnose and manage a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions.
- Lead and support clinical initiatives to improve patient care and practice performance.
- Mentor and supervise junior staff, including nurses and healthcare assistants.
- Have a particular interest in dementia and the elderly.
- Work collaboratively with GPs, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and coordinated care.
